Deposits and Payments
Best Flexible Rate & Kids Stay Free:
- Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
- First night is payable at the time of booking.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 24 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Semi-Flexible Rate (7 Day Cancellation)
- Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- First night is payable at the time of booking.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Early Bird & Midweek Special
- All deposits paid are non-refundable from the time of booking. No cancellations or amendments are permitted.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Summer Holiday Rate
- Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Reservations made within 90 days to arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Stay 4, Save 20%
- 1st night, non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Reservation can be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival.
Fees
Rates are structured on a per day basis for up to two adults. Extra charges apply for additional guests staying.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
