Overview
Our family cabins offer plenty of open plan space for a family to enjoy their stay.
These cabins are set out around a large quadrangle of grass and offer a safe area for kids to play away from the river or for families to have a communal gathering. An undercover barbeque is provided.
Within the cabin the main bed is set within the centre of the cabin and offers clear views of the external communal area.
The kitchen and Ensuite sit at one end of the cabin and single beds/bunks at the other. All cabins have a queen sized main bed with electric blanket, and ¾ height false wall separating the single beds. Linen supplied to the main bed and single linen kits available for the single beds. Cabins 11 & 12 have a double bunk and 2 single beds, max capacity of 6.
Although most people chose to live and cook outdoors, the kitchen provides a small oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle and is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Air conditioned. TV with DVD player provided
There is a small concrete patio out the front with chairs provided, but most people chose to enjoy the grassed area with park bench type seating.

Changes and Cancellation
REFUNDS POLICY:
Bookings in off peak (all other periods not noted below) are refundable up to 24 hours before arrival. Less than 24 hours notice $50 cancellation fee or first nights stay, whichever is greater.
Bookings in shoulder periods (Music Festivals, VIC/NSW long weekends, school holidays etc) cancelled with greater than 30 days notice are fully refunded or credited to your account, bookings 7-30 days are charged $50 cancellation fee, bookings less than 7 days notice are charged $50 or first nights stay, whichever is the greater.
Bookings in Peak periods (Easter, Christmas, January) cancelled greater than 60 days are refundable, 30-60 days are charged $50 or first nights stay, whichever is greater. 10-30 days 50% of the booking. 9 Days or less 100% of the booking is charged as a cancelation fee.
No refunds applicable if you have arrived and choose to end your stay early.
If a refund is applicable it will be processed within the next 2 business days after cancellation.

This accommodation is not pet friendly.
Deposits and Payments
DEPOSITS POLICY:
Bookings in shoulder periods (Music Festivals, VIC/NSW long weekends, school holidays etc) $50 or first nights stay is due 30 days before arrival date.
Bookings in Peak periods (Easter, Christmas, January) require 50% of the booking paid 60 days before arrival day, and 100% paid 30 days before arrival.
All other periods are subject to staff discretion and may be effected by an 'out of season' event, in most cases will be subject to the equivalent of a shoulder period.
What you need to know
CABINS: Only Main beds are made up with linen and towels, unless otherwise advised. Linen kits available at additional cost if required, from the office.
ALL SITES: We are on river water - free potable drinking water is available on site in 2 different locations as marked on the map. River water is filtered and settled and suitable for toilets and showers but not for human consumption.
